Best Protein Shake…no Yucky taste?

After years of trying all kinds and types of protein, I had given up!

I knew I needed a whey protein supplement but I was afraid of protein scams and the yucky taste.

Here is what happened…

SURPRISE

I was at PureBody Nutrition in Tyler, Texas looking for Ester C,  when I saw a person sample a protein shake.

  • I knew what the reaction would be .. I'd been there before. First trying to hide a 'yuck' face, and then say "I already have protein at home, so when I run out I'll come back."  And everyone knew I would never come back.
  • I waited for the reaction and was surprised when they bought a 5 pound jug. They said they really liked it.

I've never found a protein shake I could actually drink

I'd never tasted a protein shake I actually liked.

  • So I didn't say anything, I didn't want a sales job done on me.  But I don't live in Tyler, so if I was ever going to find out what this was like, I would have to do it now!
  • I watched the owner make another shake and she made it with water!  Yuck!  And in a shaker bottle … so it had to be lumpy and gross!
  • I decided I really didn't want to taste it.  I probably wouldn't like it anyway.

She saw me watching and insisted I try it.

  • What was the worst that could happen?  I could throw up that's what!  It's almost happened before.
  • I looked down into the tiny paper cup with disgust.  I already had a lump in my stomach at just the thought of the horrible slimy proteins I had tasted in the past, and had spit out!  I even remember looking for a trash can to throw up into!
  • And then there was that awful after taste.

Looking into the cup, I didn't see any lumps etc. It was just watery looking chocolate.  At least it wasn't thick, I really hate thick!

I felt like a wimp.

  • I was just standing there staring down at this dreaded little paper cup.
  • So I brought it up, noticed a chocolate smell, and took a very small amount.
  • I didn't gag!
  • So I tried a little more, then more, until I drank the whole sample.

It wasn't so bad!

  • It  wasn't lumpy.
  • It was like a runny liquid chocolate.
  • I braced for the after taste…wait for it!
  • And nothing.

Next I got the sales pitch for ….

  • It is a Whey protein, which meant easy to digest.
  • It is low calorie and low carbs
  • One scoop has 22 grams of protein
  • It can be used as an occasional meal replacement

Ok!, so I didn't gag or throw up … now what?

That's when  I got the kicker…

  • It is a pharmaceutical grade protein!
  • I can't tell you how big this is!  Hundreds of protein powders scam us daily putting one thing on the label and something else in the bottle.  With no government regulation!
  • This protein is made by a pharmaceutical company.  They are very government regulated.  The toughest standard to meet is a pharmaceutical standard!  I'd never seen this before.

  • Ya Hoo!!!!  A protein powder I can actually trust.

But no protein powder is any good if you won't drink it!

I bought the smallest bottle they had, brought it home and put it on a shelf. Where it sat for several weeks.

One night I had a chocolate craving soooo strong …

  • The only chocolate thing I could find in my whole kitchen was this chocolate protein powder.
  • after staring at it for awhile I decided I would try it.
  • So instead of water I used milk.
  • Added only a half a scoop of powder just in case it was yucky.
  • Mixed it with a whisk and tasted it.

And WOW!  It was so good

After that I had a chocolate shake every night with more and more chocolaty protein powder!!!

I had finally found my very own favorite chocolate protein shake.

I have it shipped to me, because I couldn't find it near me.  And it is so worth it!!

It is called Protein Ultimate made by SEI Pharmaceuticals…You'll find most stores don't carry it and never heard of it …so you can click on the link below to get it from the same health food store I do.

PROTEIN ULTIMATE became my own favorite protein.

I love the taste …its easy to mix…has high protein, low carbs and low sugar. It's almost too good to be true.

You can have it shipped to you too!

I hope you are able to use my site to find your own special protein…. or at least now know what to look for when you go to the store!!  And like I said over and over….remember to….

read the labels!

I enjoyed doing this for you,  I hope you enjoyed visiting my site!
