Wow! … How many Scoops?

It is amazing how much protein shakes vary in the size of their servings!!


Serving sizes range from 1 scoop to 4 or more….
and some of the scoops are really big.

So how many servings can you get from a pound of the protein you wrote down?

As few as 2 to 16 servings per pound depending on what the shake is supposed to do, add weight, grow muscle mass or just be a supplement.

With the price of protein powders, be sure to check the number of scoops per servings, and compare it to the amount of protein provided.  And remember you can always decrease the serving size to fit your need!

You can always use less, but it is not wise to use more than recommended...some proteins will actually stop up your digestive tract if you use too much or if you don't drink enough liquid!
